Lead Servicenow Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform design and architecture
Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.)
Design and integrate microservices-based solutions using REST/SOAP APIs
Architect scalable, cloud-native integrations with external systems
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions
Ensure platform performance, security, and governance standards
Required Skills:
Strong experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
Expertise in microservices architecture and API integrations
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration frameworks
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CIS certifications
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
