Lead Service Engineer

Strong Linux & Windows expertise and solid cybersecurity fundamentals
Experience with SIEM tools (ArcSight, Splunk, or similar)
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and SOAR playbook customization
Deep understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus & Grafana
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
⭐ Nice to have:
Cybersecurity or Kubernetes certifications
Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Background in Global Enterprise Support or Managed Services
