Lead Salesforce Integration

Salesforce Integration Technical Lead for TEN. If the job description needs to be revised, please let me know and I can work with the team to get the updates populated in GTD.
1. Salesforce Integration Focus
• Proven experience building Salesforce-side integrations (Apex callouts, async processing, custom objects), not just UI or admin work.
2. Middleware-Centric Experience (Boomi or similar)
• Comfortable working with a central middleware (Boomi) and partnering with a middleware engineer rather than building point to point integrations.
3. Strong REST API Knowledge
• Hands-on with inbound and outbound REST APIs, authentication, payload design, and error handling.
4. Real Time vs Batch Decision Making
• Able to clearly decide and explain what should be real time vs batch, based on business impact and performance.
5. Data Sync & ID Management
• Experience managing external IDs / foreign keys and bidirectional data synchronization across systems.
6. Independent but Collaborative
• Can work independently on integrations while coordinating closely with Salesforce lead, product owner, and Boomi engineer.
