We're looking for a seasoned Lead Pega Consultant to join our team in Richardson, TX. This is a full-time onsite role where you'll lead high-impact projects, drive decisioning strategies.

🔹 7+ years in IT 
🔹 5+ years with Pega CDH 
🔹 Certified Pega Lead Decisioning Architect preferred 
🔹 Strong experience with Pega 8.x, AI, and real-time decisioning
