Job Description

Position               : Lead Network Engineer 

Location              : Austin, TX Hybrid 

Duration              : Long term contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Network Services operations (WAN, LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, Security)
• Manage daily operations, incident handling, and service availability
• Act as escalation point for critical network issues
• Oversee SD-WAN, monitoring tools (ThousandEyes, AppDynamics), and security integrations
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (Infrastructure, Telecom, Security)
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive change management, reporting, and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of leadership/management experience in networking environments
• Strong experience managing teams and driving operational excellence

Preferred Skills:

• Cisco VoIP administration and design
• Experience managing complex enterprise networking environments
• Exposure to 24x7 network/voice/video operations
