Lead Network Engineer

✔ Architect and deploy highly available, scalable, and secure WAN, LAN & Data Center networks
✔ Design and maintain MPLS core (L2/L3 VPNs, LDP, RSVP-TE, Traffic Engineering)
✔ Implement advanced BGP routing policies for multi-homed connectivity and route optimization
✔ Lead network strategy initiatives aligned with security and business objectives
✔ Design and optimize QoS policies for VoIP and high-volume IP Video traffic
✔ Ensure seamless transport and performance of VoIP services (SBCs, gateways integration)
✔ Architect and support IP Video Surveillance (IPVS) network infrastructure
✔ Conduct capacity planning for high-resolution (H.264/H.265) video traffic
✔ Implement VLAN segmentation, zoning, and PoE/PoE+ strategies
✔ Configure and manage Juniper SRX & Palo Alto NGFW (Security Policies, NAT, VPNs, App-ID, User-ID, Content-ID, WildFire)
✔ Enforce 802.1x authentication and robust security policies
✔ Provide Tier 3/4 escalation support and perform root cause analysis
✔ Use monitoring tools and Wireshark for packet-level troubleshooting

🔹 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience
🔹 3+ years in Network Architect / Lead role
🔹 Deep hands-on expertise with Juniper Junos OS (MX, EX, QFX, SRX
