ROLE SUMMARY:-
The Lead .NET Developer will be responsible for the development and support of custom C# and .NET web applications, utilizing Blazor, SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure-based Microservice and will utilize APO to integrate applications with third party platforms. As an integral member of the Systems Development team, the candidate will be deeply involved in cross-departmental collaborations, offering their expertise to facilitate key interactions with stakeholders such as Underwriting, Operations, Business Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Infrastructure. This role is designed for a tech-savvy professional eager to make a significant impact.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:-
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently, with efficiency.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple IT team disciplines.
Strong documentation skills and a strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle best practices.
Prior Insurance / Reinsurance or other related industry experience is considered a plus.
Sound architectural standards knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
