Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in MDM, Data Governance, or Data Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Master Data Management principles and governance frameworks
• Expertise in SQL and Python for large-scale data processing
• Experience with data platforms: Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with BI tools: Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Business Objects
• Familiarity with data governance tools: Collibra, Data Hub
• Strong understanding of data architecture, hierarchies, and data quality management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
