Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer with 12+ years of experience to design, develop, and lead enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, and hands-on leadership experience in delivering scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Java-based enterprise applications
• Architect and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD and deployment processes

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in:
  • Core Java, Java 8+ features
  • Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of design patterns and system design
