We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, along with hands-on experience in API development and Agile environments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead the design and development of Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
   
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
   
• Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
   
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
   
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
   
• Ensure application security, reliability, and maintainability
   
• Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD and deployment processes
   

🧠 Required Skills:
 

• Strong experience in Java (8/11/17+)
   
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
   
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
   
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
