Lead Java Developer

10–15 years of overall IT experience
Strong hands-on experience in Java Development
Working knowledge of Python
Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle
Experience working with Front Office Traders
Domain knowledge in FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities)
Familiarity with platforms like Bloomberg, Tradeweb, or MarketAxess
Experience in Fixed Income / e-Trading environments is highly preferred
