Lead Java Backend Developer

• Review code, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Manage integrations with third-party systems and APIs
• Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8–12+ years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and development
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with security standards (OAuth2, JWT)
