Lead Developer

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in EMC Documentum development
• 2+ years of experience with Documentum D2 configuration
• 8+ years of experience in Java (1.8+) development
• Strong expertise in:
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Web services: REST, SOAP, OData
  • Spring Boot and core Java
  • Version control tools: Git
  • Build tools: Apache Maven
• Experience working with databases:
  • Oracle (preferred)
  • SQL Server (preferred)

Additional/Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries:
  • AngularJS
  • KnockoutJS
  • jQuery UI or similar
• Familiarity with TFS and Git workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to gather requirements and independently drive solutions
