Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong expertise in:
  • Python / PySpark
  • SQL
  • ETL/ELT Development
  • Data Warehousing Concepts
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Apache Spark
  • Hadoop Ecosystem
  • Kafka
  • Airflow
• Cloud platform experience:
  • AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience with:
  • Snowflake / Redshift / BigQuery
  • Data Lake & Lakehouse Architectures
  • CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of data modeling and performance optimization
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior engineers

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows
• Lead data engineering projects and architecture discussions
• Build and optimize cloud-based data solutions
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and optimize large-scale data processing systems
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities
