🚀 Hiring: Lead Engineer – Kafka/Data Platform (Healthcare Claims & Payment Integrity)

📍 Dallas, TX / St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)
💰 $60/hr | No Work Authorization Restrictions

We’re looking for a Lead Engineer to build scalable, event-driven platforms for healthcare claims and payment integrity systems.

🔧 What you’ll do

• Design Kafka-based data pipelines & event-driven architectures
• Build metadata-driven & rule-based systems
• Develop cloud-native services on AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3)
• Lead backend engineering using Java/Python
• Enable claims validation, fraud detection (FWA), pre/post-pay rules

✅ Must-have

• Strong Kafka + pipeline development
• Java or Python backend expertise
• Healthcare claims / payment processing experience
• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
• SQL & NoSQL databases

⭐ Nice to have

• Payment Integrity / Claims adjudication
• Facets, QNXT, or similar payer systems
