Job Description
•⁠  ⁠They have someone on the team that is retiring and is looking for someone 10-15 + years exp.
•⁠  ⁠Need P& C exp and Policy Admin exp
•⁠  ⁠Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills
•⁠  ⁠Will be responsible for implementing a brand-new policy administration 
•⁠  ⁠Policy Administration knowledge - new systems - fix the bad data - what came in today whats the balance who is going to get the defect and track it to completion
•⁠  ⁠Log in defect tracking tool. Will require testing as well and SQL exp as candidate will be helping users with SQL. Knowledge of Snowflake ++ 
•⁠  ⁠Need someone with leadership skill, energetic and confident. Personality is big for her as the team needs someone who can take ownership.
