Job Role: Lead Data Analyst
Location: Woodbridge, NJ (Onsite) (local Only with Dl)

Job Description
•    They have someone on the team that is retiring and is looking for someone 10-15 + years exp.
•    Need P& C exp and Policy Admin exp
•    Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills
•    Will be responsible for implementing a brand-new policy administration 
•    Policy Administration knowledge - new systems - fix the bad data - what came in today whats the balance who is going to get the defect and track it to completion
•    Log in defect tracking tool. Will require testing as well and SQL exp as candidate will be helping users with SQL. Knowledge of Snowflake ++ 
•    Need someone with leadership skill, energetic and confident. Personality is big for her as the team needs someone who can take ownership.
