Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Backend Developer to design, develop, and lead scalable backend systems for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, deep backend expertise, and the ability to drive architecture and development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend systems and APIs
• Define and implement architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Build and manage microservices-based architectures
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
• Mentor and guide development teams
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Oversee code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Drive integration with external systems and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in backend development (Java / Python / Node.js or similar)
• Expertise in microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with distributed systems and high-scale applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
