Lead Architect

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end assessment across workshops, interviews, and artifact reviews
Facilitate stakeholder sessions across platform, DevOps, and security teams
Oversee evaluation of IaC practices (architecture, Terraform code, state, security)
Synthesize findings into current-state view, maturity assessment, and gap analysis
Define prioritized, pragmatic recommendations and phased roadmap
Validate findings with stakeholders and present executive-level readouts
Core Skills
Deep expertise in Terraform, cloud platforms, and CI/CD
Strong understanding of IaC architecture, state management, and security controls
Proven experience in assessments, advisory, and roadmap development
Executive communication and workshop facilitation skills
Deep expertise in Terraform is a must
