Lead AI/ML Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader with strong experience in:
✅ AI/ML Engineering & Model Deployment
✅ Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
✅ Generative AI / LLMs / RAG Pipelines
✅ Azure Cloud & MLOps (CI/CD, Monitoring, Versioning)
✅ Technical Leadership & Team Management
✅ Production-grade ML solutions in regulated environments

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in engineering, strong AI/ML depth, and experience leading teams while staying hands-on with architecture and implementation.
Healthcare/regulated industry experience is a big plus.
