Lead AI Engineer

Job Title: Lead AI Engineer (Agentic AI / LLMs)
Location: [Onsite/Hybrid] Hybrid Mount Lolel, NJ (Locals or Nearby)
Experience: 12+ Years

Required Skills:
•    Strong experience in Python and AI/ML development. 
•    Hands-on expertise with: 
o    LangChain 
o    LangGraph 
o    LangSmith 
•    Solid understanding of Agentic AI architectures (multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows). 
•    Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). 
•    Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.). 
•    Strong experience in prompt engineering and RAG pipelines. 
•    Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding workflows. 
•    Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). 
•    Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
