Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary:

Build GenAI applications using AWS Bedrock
Develop LLM solutions (chatbots, summarization, recommendations)
Implement RAG architectures and prompt engineering
Integrate AI solutions with retail systems (POS, CRM, e-commerce, supply chain)
Fine-tune foundation models for business use cases

Required Skills:

Strong experience with AWS Bedrock
Hands-on Generative AI/LLM development experience
Python programming
Experience with RAG frameworks and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch)
Knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, IAM)
Retail domain experience
LangChain or similar frameworks
MLOps / CI-CD exposure
