Launch Engineer 
Remote
Contract 4 Months + extensions

It is remote and they must have 3PL exp.

• 5–7 years’ experience overseeing launch activities in preparation for production, including workflow, cell layouts, and trial runs
• 3PL experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Logistics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation)
• Experience in Greenfield/Brownfield facility launches
• Experience implementing WCS / WES systems
• Solid understanding of Control Systems and IT–OT convergence
• Experience in agile project management

Preferred / Asset Experience
• PMP certification
• Experience with automation equipment (robotics, machine vision, sortation, conveyance, autonomous robots)
• Experience launching Greenfield/Brownfield facilities in 3PL logistics/DC environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Solutions Engineering as SME to execute on-time, on-budget launches, achieving build objectives (PPAP, run at rate, DV/PV builds, trial runs)
• Serve as Engineering SME for standards design, implementation, SOP development, and site-specific adoption
• Drive continuous process improvement and collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems
• Lead and coordinate launch activities including kickoff, discovery, UAT, and go-live
• Develop and execute risk mitigation plans for quality launches
• Incorporate lessons learned into future solutions
