Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Informatics Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Dotmatics. The candidate will work on configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and backend development while acting as the onsite technical expert supporting both project delivery and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work hands-on with Dotmatics (configuration, customization, troubleshooting, reverse engineering) and act as onsite SME, including production/incident support 

* Develop and optimize SQL & PL/SQL, and design/review database structures (tables, ERDs, normalization, PK/FK) 

* Make strong data modeling decisions based on business needs and system performance 

* Convert business/scientific requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure best practices 

* Work independently, support run team, resolve issues, and collaborate with teams for smooth delivery 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

* Work closely with offshore lead to align on technical design, scope, and delivery 

* Provide technical guidance, reviews, and clarifications to offshore team members 

* Collaborate with SBAs, internal teams, and customer stakeholders to refine requirements 

* Support technical discussions with customers (offshore lead owns overall delivery communication)

Required Skills:

* Strong hands-on experience in Dotmatics platform 

* Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL 

* Strong database design and data modeling skills 

* Experience with reverse engineering systems 

* Ability to handle production support and incident management
