We are looking for an experienced L2 Desktop Support Engineer to join our team! If you have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in end-user support, this could be a great opportunity.

✔️ Desktop / End User Support (L2)
✔️ Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
✔️ ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
✔️ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, Visio)
✔️ Incident management & documentation
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Handle escalated support tickets
• Provide deskside & remote support
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Manage system setup (IMAC) & inventory
