Junior/Associate/Senior SDET Engineer

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Improve test coverage and testing efficiency
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Perform API testing and validate backend services
• Ensure software quality through best practices and standards

Role Levels & Requirements

🔹 Junior SDET (0–2 years)

Responsibilities:

• Write and execute basic test cases (manual + automation)
• Assist in maintaining automation scripts
• Learn and apply QA methodologies and tools

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of programming (Java / Python / JavaScript)
• Understanding of software testing concepts
• Familiarity with tools like Selenium (basic level)
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile

🔹 Associate / Mid-Level SDET (2–5 years)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks
• Write reusable and scalable test scripts
• Perform API and database testing
• Work independently on test planning and execution

Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills (Java, Python, or similar)
• Experience with Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, or Cypress
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
