Junior SAP Consultant SAP PP / Mm / Im / Wm / Edi

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior SAP Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and exposure to SAP Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), and SAP EDI. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP business processes, be eager to learn, and be willing to support global business operations in a shift-based environment.

Quick overview of what to expect for this role:

• You have some understanding of SAP modules in either EDI, MM, IM, WM, or PP
• You are not required to do any configuration / coding etc
• You’ll be working with plant users (operators and supervisors), not corporate teams
• You’ll also be leading training sessions for plant users
• We will train you first on the client's processes and system so you understand day-to-day operations before training
• After training, you’ll support go-live and hypercare (user support)

• Comfortable speaking and presenting in English
• Strong communication and ability to train users

• Open to working in a plant environment on a shift basis including weekends.

   

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of SAP functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP or SAP MM/IM or SAP WM and EDI.
• Exposure to SAP MM, Inventory Management (IM), or Warehouse Management (WM)
• Basic knowledge of SAP EDI, including monitoring interfaces, IDocs, and EDI transaction flows.
• Understanding of manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and warehouse business processes.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• SAP certification in PP, MM, or S/4HANA is an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Junior SAP Consultant with experience in SAP PP.
2. Exposure to SAP MM, IM, or WM is mandatory.
3. Basic knowledge of SAP EDI is required.
4. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
