Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst with a background in the Telecom domain and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will support data analysis, reporting, and insights generation to drive business decisions within telecom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze telecom-related data from multiple sources
• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data insights
• Support data validation and quality assurance processes
• Assist in developing KPIs and performance metrics
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Experience in the Telecom domain (billing, network, customer data, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Familiarity with Python or R (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
