Jr Ham Operations Analyst

We are looking for local candidates who can commute to the office, as this is an onsite role. Please focus on candidates from MD, VA, or the Washington, DC area.

Education and Experience
Required
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
· Experience supporting IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, or IT operations functions
· Experience working with asset records, inventory tracking, and lifecycle status management
· Experience working with enterprise IT asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow HAM or equivalent)
· Coordinate with the HotSpot Team to collect and track assets dropped off at HotSpot location
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
· Ability to coordinate across multiple operational teams and follow processes through completion
