About the Position / Current Initiatives: The candidate will develop new applications to support business needs, support legacy applications built with older versions of .NET, and provide frontline support to laboratory personnel using the applications.
About the Team Structure + Culture: RIL Team works directly with Labs and Lab Techs on diagnostics, providing software to process specimens and provide results. The team is hands-on and offers a strong feel for the impact of their work.

Position Summary: The .NET Developer will work closely with Labs and Lab Techs to develop and support software applications used for diagnostics. The role involves developing new applications, supporting legacy .NET applications, and providing frontline support to laboratory personnel. The work is largely back-end focused, with an emphasis on SQL/database development, but also includes front-end tasks using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days onsite in Burlington, NC.
