JIRA Support Engineer / JIRA Administrator

(Combination of both Admin & Dev) - The customer’s JIRA instance is highly complex and heavily customized. This role goes beyond standard JIRA administration and requires significant hands‑on experience in scripting, development, and large‑scale migration activities. We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Cloud Jira/Confluence Administrator (5+ years experience) with strong hands-on expertise in Jira administration and support.

Strong experience in Jira workflows, schemes, permissions & configurations
Hands-on with Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, or similar tools
Scripting knowledge (Groovy, JavaScript, or Python) is a plus
Experience with Confluence integration preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills

This role requires someone who can translate business processes into effective Jira workflows and provide strong end-user support.
