The ideal candidate will have experience managing JDE-related migrations following PMI best practices, along with strong BSA skills—specifically the ability to elicit, document, and validate business requirements using artifacts such as BRDs and process flows.
 
Strong soft skills are essential, including clear and concise communication, inquisitiveness, leadership, proactiveness, critical thinking, and the ability to build strong rapport with business stakeholders.
