JDE Developer Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced JDE Developer Support Analyst with 8–10+ years of expertise in Oracle JDE WorldSoft (A7.3 or later) and strong hands-on skills in AS/400 (IBM i) operations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, CLLE, DB2/400, and JDE modules including Sales Order Management, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Responsibilities include monitoring production alerts, triaging incidents, performing RCA, and ensuring stability of JDE World applications. Candidates should be proficient with tools such as ALDON, HAWKEYE, DBU, UCT, JIRA, and ServiceNow, and comfortable supporting integrations, job streams, and batch runs.
