Java Technical Lead

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Lead development of enterprise integration solutions using Java technologies
Design and implement scalable event-driven architectures
Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Build and support integrations using Apache Camel and Kafka
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Support system design, architecture reviews, and implementation best practices
Participate in troubleshooting, optimization, and production support activities
 
Requirements
8+ years of hands-on Java development experience
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel
Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
Proven technical leadership experience within enterprise environments
Strong understanding of integration middleware and distributed systems
Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions
Insurance domain experience preferred
