Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, along with proven leadership skills to guide development teams and ensure best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Java-based applications
• Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance
• Drive adoption of best practices, design patterns, and coding standards
• Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment and CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Experience in designing RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
• Exposure to React or Angular (Full Stack experience is a plus)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
