Java Services Lead

Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality client engagements
Mentor junior engineers and support technical growth
Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Drive solution architecture, data pipelines, governance, and security initiatives
Work across Financial Services systems and enterprise platforms
Integrate modern technologies including Azure, GCP, ML, and GenAI
Conduct technical reviews, project planning, estimation, and execution
Build analytics and visualization solutions for actionable business insights
Present technical recommendations and project updates to stakeholders
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ 8–14 years of experience in Java / J2EE / Spring / Spring Boot / Microservices
✅ Strong expertise in Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, RDBMS, NoSQL
✅ Experience with Azure / GCP cloud ecosystems
✅ Strong background in Agile delivery, estimation, pricing, and resourcing
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Exposure to AI / GenAI technologies is a strong plus
✅ Ability to identify business opportunities within client domain
