🔧 Required Skills:
✔ Strong experience in Java / J2EE applications
✔ L2 / L3 Production Support
✔ Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
✔ Hands-on experience with AppDynamics and Dynatrace
✔ Log monitoring and analysis using Splunk
✔ Experience working with MongoDB
✔ Strong understanding of Observability (logs, metrics, traces)
✔ Unix/Linux knowledge
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Monitor production environments and ensure system stability
Troubleshoot performance issues and application failures
Handle Sev1/Sev2 incidents within SLA
Perform RCA and implement preventive measures
Collaborate with Dev, Infra, and Business teams
