Java Production Support Engineer

🔹 Key Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in Production Support (L2/L3) for web applications
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
• Experience with Control-M (job scheduling, monitoring, error handling)
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Expertise in Jenkins & CI/CD pipeline automation
• Strong understanding of REST APIs & web services
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL (MongoDB)
