Development and Support experience

Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠8+ years of experience in Java based application support like Issue Resolution and Incident management, RCA Creation.
•⁠  ⁠Strong trouble shooting skills.
•⁠  ⁠Working experience in JAVA 8 & 17, Spring boot, REST API ·
•⁠  ⁠Very strong communication and stakeholder coordination skill
•⁠  ⁠Experience in Altering and Monitoring which includes Dynatrace
•⁠  ⁠Deep knowledge of Internet protocols and web services technologies e.g., HTTP, DNS, TCP/UDP, SOAP, JSON and REST
•⁠  ⁠Experience/knowledge in Kubernetes
