Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead Developer to lead the development of scalable enterprise applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to guide teams in an onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Java-based applications
• Drive architecture discussions and technical decisions
• Mentor developers and enforce coding best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies
