Java Full Stack Tech Lead

✔ Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable full stack applications
✔ Drive engineering best practices and architectural decisions
✔ Own end-to-end technical delivery — from requirements to deployment & monitoring
✔ Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
✔ Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to build scalable solutions
✔ Lead sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical scoping
🛠 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 8+ years of software engineering experience
✅ 2+ years in a Tech Lead / Engineering Lead role
✅ Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
✅ Experience building RESTful APIs & Microservices architectures
✅ Solid understanding of Relational and/or NoSQL databases
✅ Strong hands-on experience with React, Redux, Node.js
