Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (AI & BRM Background)

Location: Lansing, Michigan (Local Candidates Only)
Duration: Initial 1-Year Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in AI integrations and BRM (Business Rules Management). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while leveraging AI-driven solutions and rule-based systems to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Java-based technologies
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
• Develop responsive front-end applications using modern frameworks
• Integrate AI/ML models or services into enterprise applications
• Implement and manage business rules using BRM tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and architects
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Experience with front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js)
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration (APIs, models, or frameworks)
• Strong experience with BRM tools (e.g., Drools, IBM ODM, or similar)
• Proficiency in RESTful API development
• Strong SQL and database experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
