Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate must be local to Malvern, PA and have strong expertise in Java, microservices architecture, and modern development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
• Build and deploy microservices-based architectures
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Participate in full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Ensure application security and best coding practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in:
  • Core Java, Java 8+
  • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API development
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git)
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
