Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience leading or mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and business analysts to deliver robust software solutions.
• Lead the development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices and design patterns.
• Stay updated with emerging Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Strong experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts, or similar.
• Proficient in RESTful APIs, SOAP, Microservices architecture, and web services.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design (OOD) principles, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
• Prior experience in leading teams or architecting enterprise applications.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
