Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with Apache Flink experience to build and optimize real-time data processing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise, hands-on experience with streaming technologies, and the ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java
• Build and maintain real-time data pipelines using Apache Flink
• Develop and optimize stream processing applications
• Work with distributed systems and ensure high availability and fault tolerance
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and product teams
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Optimize system performance and handle large-scale data processing
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java (8/11/17+) and backend development
• Hands-on experience with Apache Flink (mandatory)
• Experience with streaming platforms (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
