Hiring: Java Backend + AI Engineer

We are looking for a strong Java Backend + AI Engineer to join our team in Austin, TX.
🔹 Key Skills Required:
💻 Backend Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Java 14+
• Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication & security
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
🤖 AI / LLM / RAG
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Familiarity with embeddings, semantic search & vector similarity
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering
⚙️ Tools & Technologies
• Docker, Kubernetes
• Kafka / RabbitMQ (preferred)
• Elasticsearch / OpenSearch
• Git & CI/CD pipelines
