Java Architect

You will be a key technical leader responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing high-scale backend systems that directly influence healthcare operations and patient experiences. This role demands deep technical expertise, a strong ownership mindset, and a passion for building reliable systems from the ground up.

What We're Looking For (Must Haves):
Extensive backend engineering experience with a track record of operating large-scale production systems.
Expert-level proficiency in AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Functions).
Strong Python and Pandas engineering fundamentals, including TDD, dependency injection, modular code, and clean design patterns.
Deep understanding of system design, distributed computing, data modeling, and building fault-tolerant systems.
Experience building systems for thousands of users and millions of transactions.
Proficiency with PostgreSQL, RDS, Kafka, and designing scalable RESTful APIs.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
A strong ownership mentality and passion for high-quality, reliable engineering.
