Must have skills: IVR & Cyara Automation Tester Role: IVR & Cyara Automation Tester Experience Level: 5~10 years Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end IVR testing across multiple channels and languages 
Design, develop, and execute Cyara automated test scripts for IVR and call flow validation.
Validate Amazon Connect call flows, routing logic, and integrations.
