We are hiring an experienced IVR Engineer for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in Weldon Springs, Missouri.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in IVR design, development, and cloud-based contact center platforms. While the environment is focused on Amazon Connect, candidates with experience in similar IVR/contact center technologies are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with IVR design and implementation
Experience working with cloud contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys, NICE, Five9, or similar
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment processes
Experience with AWS/cloud environments
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain IVR solutions
Support cloud contact center operations and integrations
Assist with CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer communication workflows
Troubleshoot and optimize IVR performance
