Position: Ivalua Techno-Functional Lead Consultant
Location: Sunnyvale (Onsite – 3 Days/Week | Only Local Candidates)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ivalua Techno-Functional Lead Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and support of the Ivalua procurement platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional knowledge of procurement processes with technical expertise in Ivalua configuration and integrations, and will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Ivalua implementation and enhancement projects across procurement and sourcing modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Ivalua modules such as Sourcing, Supplier Management, Procurement, and Contract Management.
• Design and manage system integrations with ERP systems and other enterprise applications.
• Provide leadership and guidance to functional and technical teams.
• Support system testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
• Ensure best practices for procurement workflows, approvals, and supplier lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in procurement or source-to-pay platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ivalua configuration and implementation.
• Experience in both functional and technical aspects of Ivalua.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
• Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and system configurations.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
